**Position Overview**
The Bookkeeper will be central to maintaining accurate financial records while offering crucial support to the administrative and operational functions of our residential properties. This role is perfect for a highly organized, adaptable, and versatile individual.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Bookkeeping**
- Maintain and update accurate financial records for the company and its properties.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and property accounts regularly.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor budgets and propertys performance

**2. Accounting Technician Support**
- Prepare and submit property-related tax filings and reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and audit documentation.
- Support the property management team in tracking expenses and revenue.
- Maintain detailed financial records for multiple residential properties.

**3. Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Support property managers with tenant communication, lease tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Update and maintain databases related to property management and financial reporting.
- Assist with special projects, Marketing and event coordination as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role 10 year experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Hopem) and excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in residential real estate or property management is a must.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Le(la) Comptable jouera un rôle central dans le maintien de dossiers financiers précis tout en apportant un soutien essentiel aux fonctions administratives et opérationnelles de nos propriétés résidentielles. Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne très organisée, adaptable et polyvalente.

**Principales Responsabilités**

**1. Tenue de Livres**
- Maintenir et mettre à jour des dossiers financiers précis pour l’entreprise et ses propriétés.
- Réconcilier régulièrement les comptes bancaires, relevés de carte de crédit et comptes de propriété.
- Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients, en garantissant des paiements et recouvrements ponctuels.
- Préparer des états financiers mensuels, y compris bilans, comptes de résultat et rapports de flux de trésorerie.
- Suivre les budgets et la performance des propriétés.

**2. Support en Comptabilité Technique**
- Préparer et soumettre les déclarations fiscales et rapports liés aux propriétés.
- Contribuer à la préparation des budgets, prévisions et documents d’audit.
- Soutenir l’équipe de gestion des propriétés dans le suivi des dépenses et des revenus.
- Maintenir des dossiers financiers détaillés pour plusieurs propriétés résidentielles.

**3. Support Administratif**
- Fournir une assistance administrative générale, notamment pour la planification, la correspondance et la gestion documentaire.
