We are currently looking for a sales and customer service coordinator who will act as an intermediary between the customer, sales, and the production department to ensure that print jobs go into production.

**When your actions lead to success.**:

- Validate with assigned customers the information required to put orders into production, ensure regular follow-up to keep them informed of the status of their orders and answer their questions, and proceed with invoicing.
- Follow-up on orders and deadlines for all stages of production and liaise with other team members to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Process subcontract orders and manage customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Manage predetermined customer inventory levels to ensure continuous replenishment.
- Collaborate with planning and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate in identifying alternatives/solutions to moderately complex problems and contribute to customer retention and service improvement.
- Update price lists for recurring products.

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in sales coordination
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (regular exchanges with customers outside Quebec and the United States)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience of working with ERP and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) systems
- Knowledge of the flexible packaging market an asset
