Our revolutionary Invoice Funding product allows entrepreneurs to fund their expenses-including marketing and inventory-without giving up cash flow so they can plan for the future.

The Salesforce Administrator will be the primary administrator for Salesforce, and will report directly to the Business Operations Lead. The role will oversee development and maintenance projects with assistance from the Business Operations team and external contractors.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Requirements gathering, technical translation, solution design, and feature development
- Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects and fields, page layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings
- Sandbox environment and release management
- User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, groups, and sharing rules
- Communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders, including release notes and technical documentation
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Feature readiness and deprecations, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Collaborate with Business Operations team and internal stakeholders to create a platform roadmap, define priorities, and execute roadmap milestones

**You will thrive if you have**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred
- A undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, economics, or computer science fields is preferred
- Experience in B2B Tech, Finance, and/or Credit Performance background is an asset
