About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage the administrative tasks of our internal Salesforce CRM and integrated systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment, providing exceptional support to our users, and collaborating with our global systems administrators to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First line of support for user requests for our internal Salesforce CRM and integrated systems
  • Assisting with building reports, dashboards, page layout changes, field creation, and maintaining users' roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Working with the global Salesforce team on projects and the further development of Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Basic and Advanced Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator Certification, Advanced Developer, or Platform II Certification)
  • Experience in building reporting, formula fields, and dashboards
  • Experience in implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience in Salesforce communities, hands-on with all aspects of Salesforce configuration and automation – workflows, flows, process builder
  • Advanced stakeholder management – C-suite
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and implementing requirements
  • Advanced ability to translate business needs into technical documentation for developers
  • Experience with data analytics and executive reporting (MQL, SQL, Dashboards)
  • Ability to translate Dashboard metrics into digestible business narratives
  • Hands-on with customizations of user setup, profiles, dashboards, and reports
  • Advanced ability to promote the adoption of new features and train users
  • Experience with data migration, Pardot list management, and integration techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools such as Lightning flows, Visual Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Changesets
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Superb communication skills with an ability to collaborate and provide feedback to peers and leadership
