OVERVIEW

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support teams during field monitoring
- Take part in scouting, sampling, and samples
- Work with specialized equipment
- Visit different crops
- Attend training, and to Expert days

**REQUESTED SKILLS**

**HARD SKILLS**
- Diploma of Collegial Studies, or a Bachelor's degree in agricultural technologies (obtained or in the process of being obtained).

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Analytical skills and spirit of synthesis
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Sense of initiative and responsibility
