- no weekends)

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Client and Transaction Support**: Assist in managing and maintaining client files, billings, contracts, reasearch and transactions.
- **General Office Support**: Handle office organization, file management, and assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of administrative or office support experience with strong book-keeping skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Above
- Average Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working independently in a quiet office environment and doing fairly repetitive tasks.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Real Estate Knowledge (preferred but not required)**
