Real Estate Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Mississauga, Canada New Era Real Estate Full time

Real estate office experience required
- Greet visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate party
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized appearance
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the agents
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparation of reports and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and other documents
- Maintain an accurate database of client information and transaction details
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
- Proficient in Broker Bay, TREB and Excel

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Real estate administration: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
