Job Title: Real Estate Assistant/Admin

Location: Mississauga
/Part-time.
**Job Description**:
Are you a highly organized and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration. We’re on the lookout for a talented Real Estate Assistant/Admin to support our growing business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks for the real estate team.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, showings, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize real estate documents, listings, and contracts.
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and compile relevant data for analysis.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
