**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Provide guidance on property management and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Utilize multilingual skills to cater to diverse clientele as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Valid real estate broker's license in the relevant state.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the industry.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Knowledge of property management practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Pay: $30,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
