Real Estate Operations Assistant

**What Will You Do?**
**REOA Responsibilities**:
- Manage client communication and scheduling for Team Lead Agent including calendar management, note taking, facilitation and follow ups as needed
- Day to day follow ups with Team Lead Agent/Team and management of important dates for clients/transactions.
- Filing of all deal paperwork, expense tracking and ownership of all administrative operations.
- Input all marketing leads & new clients in CRM, updating as needed, prepare marketing materials for client presentations, listing presentations and team marketing.
- Maintain closing gifts, purchase and arrange courier of gifts to current/past clients, special occasion gifts as required.
- Manage regular social media posting of ongoing business (just listed, sold, etc.)
- Maintain shared to-do list and check that things are on track among all agents.
- Prepare letters, mail outs and any client materials as required.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and contracts in Ontario.
- Proficiency in the various Ontario real estate software platforms.
- Excellent customer service.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
**Optional**:
- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
