We offer a broker training program that teaches you about personal insurance, giving you the knowledge to begin your exciting new career. This program will prepare you on a path to provide exceptional customer service to our personal insurance policy holders. It will also prepare you in obtaining your Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license.

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Have strong customer service skills
- Have a strong desire to learn new skills
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Have a strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple demands and requests
- Are highly organized to manage workflow efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Have previous customer service experience, call centre experience, retail sales, hospitality an asset
- Have previous insurance experience an asset
