**What’s the ask?**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Cross selling and looking for and servicing an existing portfolio of business with a primary focus on client retention and relationship, in accordance with department standards.
- Follow SBS procedures to provide exceptional customer service to existing/new clients. This includes adhering to SBS Customer Service Standards and proper use of activity codes and labeling procedures to ensure files are complete and organized. Take a client centric & consultative approach to provide solutions that add value to our customers
- Through the identification of key risks for our clients, identify & forward new opportunities on your files to other lines of business within our organization
**What does it take?**
- RIBO license or ability to obtain
- 2-3 years previous insurance experience (Property & Casualty)
- Customer-centric, friendly and professional at all times
- Exceptional organization skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High level of self-motivation, with the ability to perform effectively with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
- Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude is essential
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Previous experience with EPCI is an asset
- CIP, CAIB, CRM (or working towards designation) would be an asset
