**What’s the ask?**
Provide service excellence to our personal insurance customers and insurance markets by managing our policy renewal processes, ensuring service standards are being met. The individual, when needed will also provide back-up support to the other client support staff in the department.
**What you will do**:
- Review and process renewals in our broker management system Epic
- Quote client policies in Applied Rating Services
- Review policies for gaps in coverage and identify coverage enhancement opportunities
- Process varied terms notices received from our carriers
- Review new business and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with insurance carriers for late renewals
**What you will bring**:
- RIBO license or ability to obtain RIBO an asset
- CAIB or CIP designations (or working toward designations) would be an asset
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and positive work attitude is essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with EPIC would be an asset
