**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Special Project Coordinator to join our non-profit organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating key special projects that contribute to our organization's mission. **Salary**:$55,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package

**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Planning and Execution**
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables for special projects, ensuring that your contributions align with our shared vision.
- Showcase your proactive nature by taking the initiative to develop comprehensive project plans, including well-structured timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments, allowing you to steer projects toward success.
- Demonstrate your problem-solving skills by proactively identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies, making you an invaluable asset in overcoming challenges.
- Take charge of coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones, and fostering a sense of accomplishment as projects progress smoothly.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with various project stakeholders, such as team members, volunteers, partners, and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Demonstrate your proactive communication skills by keeping stakeholders informed of project updates and expectations, ensuring everyone is on the same page and contributing to the project's success.

- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, leveraging their expertise to secure the required resources for project success.

**Problem Solving and Decision Making**

- Utilize your analytical abilities to collect and analyze project data, evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement, making you an asset in enhancing project effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects, allowing you to share valuable insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
