**Hourly Rate of $18.25**

**Seasonal (December - March)**

**Full Time (4-5 shifts a week) or Part Time (2-3 shifts a week)**

**Guest Services Hours of Operation: 9am-9pm**

**WH**AT **WILL I BE DOING?**
Are you enthusiastic and ready to make a difference? At Guest Services, we're looking for friendly individuals to greet guests, handle ticket and lesson sales, and provide exceptional service. You'll guide guests in selecting the right products, assist with lost and found inquiries, and help them navigate our virtual platforms. If you're proactive, enjoy working with people, and want to create memorable experiences on and off the hill, we want to hear from you
- Handle sales transactions for season passes, tickets, lessons, and attractions; Be confident with managing guest expectations and aware of what solutions are available to ensure satisfactory service recovery.
- Offer products and services best suited to what they're looking for. Have complete knowledge of all snow school and kid's camp lessons and products, and the ability to explain and communicate what product would work best for each guest, book lessons accordingly.
- Promote, encourage, and administer season pass sales, processing, printing, mailing, pick-up and all related logistics and policies (waivers, lost and forgot passes, etc.)
- Supporting our guests in navigating our virtual communication platforms such as Alto

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive computer experience and technical skill required. Comfortable working on computers and learning new software programs.
- Experience handling money
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and troubleshoot
- Team oriented with an energetic, friendly, cheerful and animated demeanor
