Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Handle patient files with confidentiality, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide support in managing correspondence and communication within the office.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of office procedures and practices related to patient care is beneficial.
