**Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Admin**
**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:
- **Communication and Customer Support**:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, lead times, freight estimates, and expedite requests.
- Handle overflow incoming calls from customers requesting pricing or technical information.
- **Order and Payment Processing**:
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter information into company databases.
- Send invoices and collect payments.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Meet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Make outgoing calls to customers as directed by sales representatives and/or the sales manager.
- **Language Requirements**:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
- **Working Hours**:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- **Benefits**:
- Benefits provided after 4 months of employment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
