Reporting to the Manager/Supervisor, Ticket Operations, the Ticket Operations Administrator will assist with order processing, fulfillment and distribution of tickets while providing excellent customer service to our fans.

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Respond to general telephone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department internally or externally;
- Process all walk up sales for single game sports tickets and concerts, using Ticketmaster ticketing system;
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the TD Place Box Office:

- Sell tickets for all events at TD Place;
- Maintain data integrity as it relates to information input into Ticketmaster ticketing system;
- Provide exceptional internal/external customer service to resolve issues;
- Work with sales representatives on the following tasks:

- Process payments via debit and cash;
- Participate in projects as assigned;
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Post-Secondary degree preferred;
- 1-2 years experience in a front facing, customer service role;
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external clients;
- Excellent communication skills, including a friendly and professional telephone manner;
- A positive mindset and the ability to jump in on a ‘one team one vision’ culture;
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities;
- Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required;
- Familiarity with both Apple and Android apps and cell phone technology;
- Strong computer literacy and aptitude is required;
- Experience using sports ticketing systems (Archtics/Ticketmaster) is preferred;
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.

**Weekly Schedule**: Monday through Friday; 9:00am to 5:00pm; full-time hourly.
