As a Project Development Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of various projects while partnering with other teams and vendors.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Join our collaborative team as a Project Development Administrator

What you will do:
- Support Store Design Leadership, and Program and Product Managers on the deployment of projects and resolve any risks.- Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and third-party labor teams on projects.- Work closely with business owners, Program Managers, Store Design Director, and other stakeholders throughout the project to communicate projects updates and statuses.- Create and maintain accurate documentation of the project. Work with a management tool for project submissions and to help provide guidance for users.- Assist in project planning, process creation, and deficiency coordination.- Work with the Senior Manager on tracking projects and status updates to leadership and wider team

What we are looking for:
- Experience with MS Suite- Previous experience working in retail preferred.- Working through or recently graduated school in a business, marketing, or project management program
