Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform general clerical and computer jobs
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Provide administrative support to staff members in office and retail as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or office clerk role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Basic clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of Social Media posting Instagram and Facebook
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
