**Responsibilities**:
1. **Rep Coverage**: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to handle any disruptions caused by representatives calling in sick or failing to show up for their assigned shifts. Quickly address and resolve staffing issues to maintain program continuity.

2. **Mystery Shopping**: Oversee the mystery shopping program, ensuring that all scheduled visits are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. Collate and analyze data from mystery shopper reports to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences.

3. **Daily/Weekly Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with the Program Manager, providing regular updates on program progress, challenges, and successes. Collaborate on strategies to enhance program effectiveness.

4. **Logistics Coordination**: Take charge of the seamless shipment and delivery of program assets, ensuring they reach the designated locations on time and in perfect condition.

5. **Bilingual Communication**: As a fully bilingual coordinator in both French and English, facilitate effective communication with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on program objectives.

6. **New Store Launches**: Assist in planning and executing new store launch events, coordinating with various teams to create captivating experiences for customers and garnering excitement around the new store.

7. **Store Communications**: Establish and maintain open communication channels with store personnel, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during program execution

**Schedule**:Thursday to Monday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in experiential marketing, event coordination, or program management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both **French and English**, both verbal and written.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required for program implementation.
