Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you will help develop and manage the Scholarship Assistance Program, designed to support the post-secondary education of employees' children.

This initiative aims to recognize the lasting benefits of education by enabling individuals to reach their full potential, overcoming social and economic barriers, and providing better opportunities for future generations through greater access to post-secondary education.


A Canadian company operating in 90 countries around the world, specializing in metal recycling, is looking for an Education Program Manager to join their Montreal office.

Salary between 65,000 and 75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Overall program coordination and primary point of contact.
Manage internal communications regarding the program, answering ongoing questions from employees and candidates/students.
Program promotion and employee training, developing new training materials as required.
Verification of PABE applications and employee eligibility, ensuring strict application of program criteria.
Contact with universities, colleges and other institutions as required.
Coordination with various internal stakeholders (accounts payable, payroll, etc.) on key stages of the process.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
Background in administration/management.
Experience in a university or college admissions department considered an asset.
Ability to manage several files at once.
Organized, respectful of deadlines and proactive;
Thoroughness, attention to detail, adaptability and solution-oriented.
