Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in managing a variety of administrative tasks
- Type, proofread, and organize documents and reports
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Support office staff with clerical duties as needed
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in phone systems and office equipment operation
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Ability to proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
- Familiarity with computerized systems for efficient data management

Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
