**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant as asset
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments and records is a plus
- Experience in a law or notary office setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.

Salary compensation based on experience.
