**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our catalog of services
- Create and manage accounts and prospects.
- Manage leads and customers
- Meet with clients to share market trends and build business relationships
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Inform potential clients of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with Shyft
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend the appropriate products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Sales experience: a minimum of 1-3 years
- Excellent negotiation & high communication skills (verbal and written)
- **FLUENCY in English is MANDATORY**:

- Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred
- Proven selling skills, including demonstrating a strong sales approach
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Business, Sales, Customer Service and Management background a definite asset
- Lead Generation Experience

**Compensation**
- Uncapped Commission
- Residual Pay (Monthly)

**Requirements**:

- Canadian Citizen or PR

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
