Your Mission:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
Forge Lasting Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with top sales professionals, helping them access incredible career opportunities while delighting our clients.
Hunt for Talent: Utilize outbound recruiting techniques to target high-performing passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.

Structured Recruitment Process: Follow our structured recruitment process to ensure the right fit between candidates and client needs, all while exceeding expectations.

Administrative Excellence: Demonstrate discipline and attention to detail in performing administrative recruitment tasks with precision.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Proven Experience: At least 1 year of recruiting experience, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing and candidate engagement.
Fearless Connector: Not afraid of cold calling, with a track record of effectively reaching out to potential candidates and clients.
Industry Insight: Experience in sales recruitment or related fields is considered an asset.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
