Front Desk Administrator

Our clinic is looking for an experienced Clinic Administrator to be responsible for the efficient administration of daily operations, including planning and organizing work, delegating tasks and managing staff. As our Clinic Administrator, we require you to be highly organized, with a high degree of attention to details and problem-solving skills. We want you to possess strong communication skills, as you’ll have to collaborate with staff. Ultimately, the role of Clinic Administrator is to oversee all administrative functions of the clinic within the scope of policies and objectives established by the rehabilitation clinic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain clinic's policies and protocols to ensure quality service delivery and patient safety.
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure that all processes are carried out effectively and efficiently. Prepare reports on various administrative aspects of the clinic (e.g. staffing, productivity, budgets and contracts).
- Schedule appointments, patient intake and follow ups.
- Update social media of the clinic and promote accordingly on social media platforms Coordinate with outsourced service providers to schedule and arrange deliveries of goods or equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, work orders and contracts. Plan, organize and attend meetings (e.g. weekly staff meeting, conferences Address issues raised by patients or health care professionals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other employees to ensure efficient handover of patients between staff members.
