You will help us innovate and shape clinical student initiatives to support First Nations health and wellness as the Clinical Education Lead: Student Initiatives

**Title**: Clinical Education Lead, Student Initiatives
**Salary**: $95,728 - $115,270 per year (pay range explained below)*
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair Office, Downtown Vancouver - Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2025.
**Bargaining Unit**: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)
- The FNHA is engaged in active collective agreement negotiations and rates of pay will be adjusted to reflect 2024 rates in the near future.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in nursing, nursing service administration, nursing education or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, education or a health related field is an asset.
- Eligibility for registration as a registered nurse in British Columbia.
- Remote Certified Practice is an asset

**Experience**
- A minimum of 5-7 years of recent, related clinical nursing experience in a complex health care environment including progressive professional practice, education, project management and leadership experience.
- Experience in clinical student initiatives and/or programming within a health care organization.
- Experience in interprofessional collaboration.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
