Make an impact with our Accounting team as an **Accounting Clerk** in our **Saskatoon** office.
**What you will do**:
- Process, prepare, and balance pre-authorized withdrawals for Members
- Process and balance daily bank deposits
- Reconciliation of ‘accounts receivable’ discrepancies with Members
- Process vendor payments on a timely basis
- Code and enter non-trade payables in Accounting system
- Act as a point of contact to resolve Member/Vendor account queries
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Support accounting team by cross-training on all core tasks
- Participate in the annual Rebate Project
- Complete various accounting tasks and assist with other functions as required
**What you offer**:
- Post-secondary business degree/diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional written and oral communication
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset (English/French)
