**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including Journal Entries, General Ledger, Month-End Close, Quarterly Reviews, and Year-End Close.

Maintain, prepare and analyze accounting documents and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Assist with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations, rectifying any discrepancies.

Execute daily data entry of a wide range of financial transactions into our accounting database.

Prepare regular reports and conduct complex financial analyses as requested by the Finance Director.

Maintain employee attendance records, calculate and implement accurate payroll processing.

Review and verify invoices, resolving any discrepancies, and conducting reconciliation processes.

Process expense reports, reimbursement forms, and assist in budget preparation.

Facilitate both internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.

Lead various accounting or financial projects, providing guidance to junior staff as necessary.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an accounting clerk or similar role.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Proficient with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.

Comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred).

Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Advanced data analysis and prediction models skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
