We are looking for a curious, creative, connected, and motivated individual to support our growing business as a **Customer Service Representative**

**What is the role?**
- Build strong relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and providing valuable feedback to help improve our processes and products.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and generate sales leads.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and challenges, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Effectively troubleshoot customer problems, providing timely and appropriate solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure resolution.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and feedback is communicated to improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the print industry or graphic design.
- A diploma or degree in business, graphic design, communications, or another related field.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- graphic design or print industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
