Customer Service Representative

Location: Edmonton, AB

Red Arrow is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Edmonton. Positions are available at both our downtown and southside ticket offices. Open positions are part-time, working between 16 - 30 hours per week. Shifts fall between 5:15 am and 7:30 pm with weekend availability required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.
