**Office Administrator**

Manages administrative tasks, communication, and facilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Responsibilities of this position include**:

- Provide administrative support in a complex team environment to the leadership team and sales department.
- Front office reception.
- Assist with general HR duties including tracking vacation days/time off and sick days for all employees.
- Filing, scanning, and data entry for multiple departments.
- Take meeting minutes for JHSC, maintain first aid supplies, and perform monthly safety inspections.
- Assist management with the preparation of sales quotations and sales inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies, (Ink, First aid supplies, Coffee, and more).
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems would be considered an asset.
- 1-2 years related experience.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize and multi
- task in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written.
- Professional phone mannerism.
- Ability to work independently.
- Steel toed boots

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
