The Communication & Content Marketing Specialist (B2B) is vital in driving our communication, e-commerce, and market research endeavours to new heights. You'll be at the forefront of optimizing our digital channels, creating compelling written content, and developing graphic/creative visuals IN A B2B environment.

**More about your responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of engaging written content and supporting visuals (photography, graphics and video) for content marketing and communications, social media, and other collateral as required.
- Keep our corporate website fresh and engaging by incorporating news stories, carousel images, and other content to maintain an active online presence.
- Play an active role in creating and refining marketing materials to ensure they reflect our brand standards and effectively convey our key messages.
- Support in gathering and organizing e-commerce and market research data for in-depth analysis, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives utilizing key business technologies like Power BI or Salesforce.
- Support the ongoing management of our Digital Asset Management Platform (MediaValet).
- Oversee the content for monitors across multiple facilities to ensure it aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates with our internal audience.

- 2+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing with a focus on content creation.
- Degree/diploma in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Graphic design, photography and/or videography coursework is an asset.
- Working within a business-to-business and/or healthcare environment is an asset.
- Experience with social media and/or social media management platforms.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Salesforce is an asset.
- Experience with prompt engineering for generative AI is an asset.
- Strong understanding of brand and design guidelines.
- Proficiency using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace experience is an asset).
- Ability to create compelling copy for marketing and advertising.
- A self-starter, with the ability to be resourceful and act independently within approved project guidelines including time-critical deadlines.
