Netversity is currently recruiting a Scheduler to join our customer team in Newmarket Ontario. With strong leadership and a customer service focus, as a Scheduler you will ensure consistent, on time execution and top-quality outcomes for all projects. You will be held accountable for managing customer satisfaction, meeting budget, project planning, monitoring and documentation of all projects. **Position Function**:

- Coordinates the appropriate use of resources (manage delivery cycles, technicians, or consultants) to track project stages and ensure any roadblocks to completion
- When necessary, prepare and deliver quotes to clients that include comprehensive overview of labour, materials, and expense estimates.
- Complete sales cycle by working interdepartmentally to ensure that invoicing is accurate and timely.
- Develop and maintain project plans for your portfolio including scope statements, schedules, communication plans, goals and milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Facilitate and ensure a steady flow of communication to and from team members, stakeholders, internal clients, steering committee, updating them on the projects' progress following the governance established.
- Ensure completed projects are fully documented and implementation is in compliance with specifications.

**Position Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education.
- A minimum of 1-2 years on industry experience (Scheduling)
- Previous experience within the Data Communications Industry preferred.
- Experience with resource scheduling and tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and organizational skills required to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS-Office and the ability to learn new software programs.
- Ability to understand different technology deliverables and meet SLA timelines
- Flexible, team player; and
