Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Patient Registration Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare scheduling system, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and registration processes to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records, including demographic and medical information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and address patient concerns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
