**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of hygiene procedures and patient treatments using electronic medical records systems such as Paradigm/Dentrix
- To ensure the hygiene schedule is properly scheduled and patients are followed up with for proper care.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall patient care experience.
- Address any patient concerns related to hygiene practices promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic dental records systems (Dentrix, Paradigm) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology related to dental hygiene.
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in office software and phone systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid license or certification as required by state regulations.
