Culinary Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service or hospitality and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the department.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
