Business Manager

We are a fast growing Tree Service that operates in Edmonton and Area (based out of st. albert). We are looking at the possibility of hiring someone to handle the day to day management of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hiring new qualified employees to continue to support on site operations
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations, including project management, business development, and profit loss.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of employees, ensuring productivity and performance goals are met.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a business management role, with a strong background in project management, business development, and profit loss analysis.
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
