Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Back of House Team Member to join our team at Hooray For Pizza Day. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen.

Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and sanitation
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for our guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
