**Role Overview**:
As a member of the Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and executing dishes to the highest standards. You will work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:
Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
Assist in batch preparation to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.
**Kitchen Operations**:
Support the team during service by cooking, plating, and expediting orders efficiently.
Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
Help with inventory management, including restocking and monitoring supplies.
**Cleanliness & Organization**:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts.
Assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and end-of-day cleanup.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
**Collaboration & Teamwork**:
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Work collaboratively with FOH staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Be proactive in assisting other team members when needed.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Passion for food and hospitality with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (Food Handler Certification is a plus).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
