The Company’s head office currently located at **243 Consumers Road, Toronto, Ontario M2J 4W8** until March 31, 2025. Effective April 1, 2025, the Company’s new head office location at **1 President Choice Circle, Brampton, Ontario, L6Y 5S5.**

**At Central Pharmacy Services, we enable the Future of Pharmacy. Shoppers Drug Mart is going through a historical transformation that will eventually change healthcare as we know it in Canada. The CPS team is at the center of this exciting change. We are building the most streamlined and versatile central fill network in the country and we’re looking for colleagues who can help us make it a reality.**

We’re seeking an experienced Manager to strengthen the Central Pharmacy Services (CPS) operating model. This role will be accountable to develop and implement standardized processes in the CPS sites across Canada. Such processes include but are not limited to, the risk management process, business continuity process, crisis management. The Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess risks, gather requirements, document procedures, and ensure compliance with CPS standards and best practices.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and processes to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement the Central Pharmacy Services’ governance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey the organization’s messages to target audiences.
- Manage the organization’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms and materials.
- Implement and roll out standardized processes, providing necessary training and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Provide change management leadership, guidance, and support to teams during the transition to standardized processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance practices and recommend improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management and departmental teams on governance matters.
- Document and communicate standardized procedures, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for end-users.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Other duties, as identified by business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing novel processes across multiple sites.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in change management leadership and understanding of change management principles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
