Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office, the Digital Program Manager will manage complex digital transformation programs including internal and external technology, business, risk/policy, and change management teams. In this role the Program Manager will be accountable to plan, execute and report on key digital strategic projects supported by our executive team on time, within scope, schedule, and budget utilizing agile methodologies and best practices.

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

**Accountabilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of a major strategic program and team that supports the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Management of third-party vendors ensuring deliverables and outcomes defined in SOWs are achieved.
- Lead, plan, and manage initiatives planning and ongoing tracking as it relates to overall delivery.
- Lead and influence the cross-functional teams and external vendors while managing workstreams
- Identify and communicate emerging deviations from program plan proactively to mitigate potential impacts
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand the relative vale of epics and features to HEB overall are, and guide teams to prioritize delivery to optimize realization of business benefits - identify and highlight trade-offs
- Act as a Scrum Master for Agile projects, ensuring alignment, adherence to Agile practices, conducting daily stand-up meetings, aiding the Product Owner with the backlog, and resolving obstacles.
- Oversee resource allocation, deployment, and efficiency within assigned projects. Collaborate with the Director of PMO to clearly communicate project priorities and establish effective solutions for achieving strategic objectives.
- Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation through stakeholder engagement and consensus.

**Planning and Monitoring**:

- Formulate and manage schedules, budget tracking, and status reporting.
- Coordinate all program components (e.g., technology, business, process design, policy, change management)to execute flawlessly within specified time, scope, and budget parameters.
- Understand delivery, budget and timeline progress across all components and proactively report deviations as they emerge.
- Utilize Agile tools such as DevOps to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance.
- Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documentedProactively manage program RAID logs to identify, address, and resolve Risks, Actions, Issues, while documenting key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

**Communications**:

- Facilitate program team meetings and workshops to uphold project deliverables and meet critical deadlines..
- Deliver comprehensive project status reports, encompassing milestones, dependencies, risk and issue management, cost and benefit analysis, and requisite executive support.

**Governance**:

- Ensure adherence to governance and process frameworks, while maintaining meticulous project documentation.
- Contribute insights to streamline processes, enhancing efficiency, controls, profitability, and the overall customer experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

**Qualifications**:

- Experience managing implementations of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience would be considered a strong asset.
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile and/or PMP certification considered a strong asset.
- Significant progressive experience with end-to-end project management, with demonstrated experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated planning and prioritization abilities.
- Experience in financial services considered a strong asset.
- Change management and agile project management experience considered an asset.
