**Job Summary**:
The CSME is responsible for promoting CentralPac’s products and services, engaging, and onboarding new customers, measuring results, managing projects that qualify with potential customers, building and maintaining relationships.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales and marketing of CentralPac’s products and services
- New Business Development & Prospecting
- Selling CentralPac’s ecommerce catalogue and profitable repeat business using sales strategies, mapping decision-makers, for all accounts, to find the right fit, thinking creatively and appealing to the customer’s specific sensibilities. Prospect and develop new business, leverage the Company’s assets.
- Analyze customer requirements and needs, liaise with Customer Service coordinators on the possibilities for product.
- Customer Satisfaction through Conflict/Quality Resolution.
- Complete a weekly sales report.
- Responsible for documenting, reviewing, and approving new customer’s orders.
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Source and establishing new business within the parameters directed.
- Hybrid work model - required in office 2-3 days per week.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent Relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech Sales Experience (preferred)
- Print knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to navigate eCommerce quickly and efficiently
- Organizational and time management
- Self-motivated with high energy, ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects on time
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Positive team player who can work effectively with internal and external clients
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effective Presentation Skills through either Zoom or Teams as well as in person to individuals or large groups.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Ability to effectively present information to top management.
- Microsoft Office

**ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or a three-year college Diploma; or two to three years related experience and/or training at Company; or equivalent combination of education or 2-3 years in a sales position.
- Experience in tech sales, print sales, B2B or B2C ecommerce or traditional sales

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:

- Driver's License (Sales Representative is responsible to advise company of any infractions)

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment, photocopiers, printers, etc.
- Minimal travel to visit customers and between locations
- Blend of work from home and office.
