As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Client Liaison** to join our team and help strengthen our relationships with clients while ensuring smooth communication and project success.

As a **Client Liaison** at Pylons Architecture Inc., you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our design team. You will act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help us maintain the high level of customer satisfaction that we pride ourselves on.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the firm, managing all communication related to active projects.
- Understand client requirements and project objectives, ensuring that the design and execution align with their expectations.
- Facilitate the flow of information between clients, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project progression.
- Regularly update clients on project milestones, timelines, and any changes to the project scope.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and involved.
- Track project deliverables, monitor deadlines, and work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely completion of client projects.
- Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and invoicing processes as needed.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the architecture, construction, or design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
- Knowledge of architectural terminology and processes is an asset but not required.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $20.42-$22.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
