**IT Technician - Managed Services**
Design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain the IT Infrastructure of our customer environments; including network connectivity, Windows server administration, virtualization, performance tuning, backup and recovery. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Our next team member will be responsible to:
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Set up, configure, client devices, user accounts, printers, VoIP, etc.
- Install physical hardware and wiring as required
- Liaise with all levels of IT support as required, determine solutions and appropriate responses
- Client relationship management and the ability to respond to complex IT requirements.
- Escalate requests to higher level support as required
- Assist in the process of transferring knowledge of contract requirements and service delivery components to other team members.
- Document workarounds and solutions, and update the IT knowledgebase
- Assist with help desk and escalations as needed.
- Heavily use the ticketing system and remote monitoring and management system as well as other vendor portals to manage the client environments.
- Enjoy working within a fast paced, multi-tasking team environment.
**Must Haves**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in computer and network support.
- Microsoft Azure / M365 experience
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for teamwork, problem solving, and exceptional customer service
- Must be well-spoken, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle

- MS Azure Certification
- MS M365 Certification
- SonicWall experience
- Datto Backup experience
- Automation and PowerShell experience
- MSP experience

**PLEASE NOTE**:
- This position offers a mixture of on-site work at our company as well as travel to client sites required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
