You'll be working with a passionate group of physiotherapists and massage therapists who have created a supportive and professional work environment, conducive to learning and a strong work ethic. As the Front Desk Administrator, and having knowledge in the kinesiology field, you will be a key element in representing our company’s values and mission. We strive to provide the best service to our clients, and every day, you'll have new and exciting opportunities to help us showcase that.

Our ideal Front Desk Administrator will demonstrate skill in the following areas:

The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting clients entering and leaving the office
- Carrying out clinic policies and procedures and ensure standards are being adhered to by all staff and clients
- Carrying out modalities and exercise demonstration
- Routine opening/closing tasks of the office
- Maintaining clean, sanitized, and tidy clinic space
- Invoicing and taking payments for appointments, as well as direct billing to 3rd party insurance companies), experience with scheduling software an asset
- Maintain therapists’ schedules
- Ability to develop policies and processes and train staff
- Keep inventory of products and supplies, and place orders as required
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping such daily sales reconciliation process and management of accounts receivables

As Front Desk Administrator, having prior experience in a health care setting is an asset (Physiotherapy is preferred, but not necessary), as well Customer Service and/or Hospitality industry experience is also an asset.
