Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing for shipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, sending invitations, and arranging logistics
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing
**Experience**:
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, copiers, scanners, etc.
**Salary**: $57,592.00-$61,635.00 per year
