We are currently seeking a Full-time Front Desk Administrator to assist us
- Create a welcoming environment by providing exceptional service to all guests, clients, and co-workers.
- Responsible for maintaining the general appearance of the reception area, lobby, and conference room by ensuring basic housekeeping standards are adhered to.
- Ensure that company information such as Brochures or other marketing tools are restocked and presented in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, or route incoming calls to the appropriate employee/department.
- Collect Truck Driver Documentation and ensure Truck Driver Binder compliance.
- Participate in meetings, type meeting minutes, and schedule upcoming meetings.
- Perform regular filings of DVIRs, FLRAs, JHA’s, HOS, etc.
- RST and Bushell
- Provide assistance to the Director of Safety and Compliance by document retention, pulling reports such as SMS or Carrier Profiles, Shop Work Orders, Truck Driver paperwork, etc.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and special deliveries.
- Determine the purpose and nature of the visit and notify the appropriate employee/department.
- Ensure all guests and employees sign-in using the paper-log.
- Distribute new hire supplies and PPE.
- Always maintain a Safety Mindset and contribute to a Positive Workplace Culture.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

- Trucking industry: 2 years (required)
