*Job Overview*
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication both internally and externally.
*Duties*
- Direct callers to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
*Skills*
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Customer support experience is beneficial
- Proficiency with office equipment and phone systems
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: $15.50-$21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
